Termsoup supports four data columns in an Excel:

What is Look up terms
When translating, translators often need to look up terms in the source texts to understand a term in depth.
In Termsoup, you can look up terms by ++highlighting source texts++ to look them up, and see the results on the same page, without having to open a new tab.
How to look up terms
Highlight the term you want to look up in the source texts. ❶
Look up results will be displayed on the "Term results" panel.

You can share glossary with a specific Termsoup user. In this case, you'll have to know the user's Termsoup account before sharing the glossary.
How to share glossary with a specific user
Go to Glossary → Share
Click on the file name (sharing glossary is file-based).
Click on "Send."

Use terms after adding them to glossary
After adding terms to your glossary, you can use terms repeatedly without looking them up again. There are two methods to use them.
Method 1: Auto-suggestion
Place your cursor in the edit area. ❶
Terms will automatically show up (auto-suggest) below the source texts when the source contains them. ❷
Click on the term to paste it into the edit area.

What is custom hotkey
You can set frequently used terms or punctuation marks as F1 to F10 hotkeys, and then press F1 to F10 on your keyboard to use them.
Multiple hotkey rows
You can press Crtl and ↑ or ↓ key on your keyboard to switch between different hotkey rows. Currently there are 5 rows, 10 hotkeys per row, and 50 hotkeys can be set in total.
