When using Termsoup, you need to have a soft copy of the source file. If hard copy is all you have, here's how you do:
Scan the hard copy and create an image file.
Use optical character recognition (OCR) software to extract text from image.
Upload text to Termsoup and translate it.

Termsoup is not machine translation
Unlike Google Translate, Termsoup is not a machine translation (MT) software.
