Merge sentences / paragraphs

Before merging sentences/paragraphs

Please note that only when you upload your source file by[ drag and drop or copy and paste](/en-us/article/two-ways-to-upload-a-source-file-dnd5q0/), can you merge sentences and paragraphs. Merge feature is not avaliable for file attachment.

How to merge sentences

- Place your cursor in the target text area where you want to merge sentences.
- Click on the merge icon on the top right.
- A window will pop up. Click on the sentences you want to merge.
- Click on "Send".

How to merge paragraphs

- Click on the menu icon on the top left.
- A window will pop up. Click on the paragraphs you want to merge.
- Click on "Send".
