Colors and status

There are four colors to represent the different status of each paragraph:

- White: Translating (not all sentences in the paragraph are translated)
- Green: Translated (all sentences in the paragraph are translated)
- Yellow: Comment (at least one sentence in the paragraph has a comment)
- Blue: Proofread (all sentences in the paragraph have been proofread)

How to mark colors for paragraphs

All paragraph numbers are by default marked white.
Use Tab key to go to the next sentence and mark paragraphs green or blue.
Leave comments to a sentence and the corresponding paragraph will be marked yellow.
