Merge sentences / paragraphs

Before merging sentences/paragraphs

Please note that only when you upload your source file by drag and drop or copy and paste, can you merge sentences and paragraphs. Merge feature is not avaliable for file attachment.

How to merge sentences

• Place your cursor in the target text area where you want to merge sentences.
• Click on the **merge icon **on the top right.
• A window will pop up. Click on the sentences you want to merge.
• Click on "Send".

How to merge paragraphs

• Click on the menu icon on the top left.
• A window will pop up. Click on the paragraphs you want to merge.
• Click on "Send".
